The inward heelflip is a combination of the b/s pop shuvit and the heelflip. should be easy to learn if you can heelflip really good.

this trick will be easy if you can:
heelflip
b/s pop shuvit
ollie b/s 180

set up rolling at a comfortable speed ( yes u have to roll trust me its easier), with your front foot about in the middle of the board with your toes hanging off the edge and your back foot in ollie position. pop the tail behind you and drag the heel of your front foot off the board in front off you and high out off the way. your legs should do sort of a criss-cross in the air. if you've done this part correclty, you should get perfect rotation. try this a few times then start jumping after your board and try to stay over it. but, its always easier to GET OUT THERE AND TRY IT INSTEAD OF SITTING ON THE COMPUTER ALL DAY!
