Well I tore my ligaments sometime ago. And i'm starting to skate again does anybody know how to like get rid of the fear like meantally. I don't want any physacal therapy or anything just asking for advice. Like I'm scared of doing the stuff i usually do. Tips please.

The only advice I can give you is to just do it, I would have a mental block when ever I try to ollie down big gaps or try new grinds. I tried all sorts of things to break the ice, but nothing compared to just flat out doing it.

Say for example stairs: ride at your comfortable speed and ollie down the stairs, you don't even need to stay with the board or even land it. Just the fact that you went down the stairs and landed on your feet will make it easier to jump down next time.

Just feel real cocky and pretend that you can do it and that nothings gonna happen that should work, how long did it take for your legements to repair

theres no proven way to do it other than to just do it...stick it...if you land you'll try it some more...if not they you should keep it up unless you have no penis or you are the type to take in consideration your well being

About two months ago i sprained ankle, and getting back on my board was pretty weird because you still think your ankle is still buggered but its usually all in the mind, overcome it by just pushing yourself to do it but try just relaxing if you kniow what i mean

i had this when i knocked a tooth out skating, i just slowly got back into it and slowly confididence comes back

Slam your head against a wall before you try something new, and I guarantee you won't notice any significant amount of pain skating might bring.

I have something like this. I'm afraid to flick out because I fear that it might hurt seeing as I sprained my flicking foot badly sometime ago.

if its like a 5 go to an 8 and try to ollie it a few times then go back to the 5 and it will look like cake
