stretching before bed may sound good on paper, but really its stupid. You stretch then you get in bed, what happens while you sleep, your muscles and joints tense back up.

What happened to just going to bed and resting when you're tired and sore?

Haha I forgot to do it last night... But I thought about it and it does sound like it'd backfire... If you stretch your mucles would get all loose and stuff and then when you go sleep, they'd just tighten in the position that you slept in, which isn't very good... I'd say stretch right when you wake up or after taking a shower would be good

Yeah people make life too complex now, health mags, new diets that don't work, and health drinks like v8. Life is simple, wake up, eat 3 good meals, take a ***** then you go to bed! Then you wake up and do the same thing again.

The only time Iv'e ever made my life more complicated for health reasons, is well, now. But that's only because I think I'm becoming diabetic. (It runs in my family, I have bad genetics)

My hair line will be fading at age 40 unless Im like my granddad and have a normal hair line at 68. But if I start going bald Im going the ways of my uncles pull the Pac and go bald (by shaving it)

White hair > gray hair

That sucks you're getting white hairs that early. My dad had a small bald spot when he was 17, I'm 16, and I still have all my hair...for now...

My grandad, all my uncles and every male on my mums side pretty much goes bald and with white hair around 20 - they start teens

my dads side is fine tohugh and im more like my dad than my mum - so im hoping i dont have it much. One white hair isnt much to worry about at the mo (fingers crossed :P)

Is your brother or anyone older then you? Cause it may skip from generation to genration. So if your the oldest your golden locks may be in the clear. Thor.

My friend starting getting grey hair two years ago. He's sixteen now and needs to use special stuff to keep the color.

But yeah, stretching never hurts. I strech alot. In reality you're supposed to stretch atleast three times a day. (Right Slapdown...?)
