ok so i spray painted some really old griptape and like.... now its not grippy at all and its peeling off.... so heres the question my parents are out of town and i cant get new grip for a few days, but should i rip it all off now or just wait cuz i cant do anything

I would say just wait. If you're not planning to skate for awhile than you can rip it. Because if you are and you rip it off and you feel like skating you're going to be annoyed that you can't skate because you already took the griptape off so, wait.

don't take the grip off now wait till you can go to the skate shop and just before you leave take it off.
