pressure flip or 360 pressure flip!!

how do u pressure flip? i can't seem to get the board to flip with my back foot. or how do u 360 pressure flip?

to get the flip it is your back foot all the time u pop the board and ur back foot should push down and to the right left if u are reagular thats how i get the flip but cant land them either
