Why dont people ride wal-mart/k-mart/target boards more?

I have a target board and a darkstar armor light. I skate the same on both of them. The only difference is the bearings are much slower on the target board. Theyre 15 bucks and practicly the same quaility.

there really isnt that much of a difference for a beginer but, if you start skating larger stair sets or get higher tricks the trucks and deck will snap.

Mine can handle a 4 stair, never tried anything larger. its stiff as a bitch. But i also land almost perfectly on the bolts. I'm sure it would break if i landed in the middle.

i cant really back this up but im pretty sure that the harder the board is the more pop you get. somthing about the less shock the board absorbs. the reason they are cheaper is because its made from cheap wood that is weak and is softer. concaves arent a gimmick, not nessisary but not a gimmick it makes the board alot easier to flip espicially on tricks like tre flips.

My friend had a k-mart board. After i was riding around on it for a while, i went to try to ollie but felt something was wrong, i looked underneath the deck and one of the trucks had broken.

Most k-mart/target boards have no concave, and will snap before you know it.

Accually pop can be from your board. Because I skate 2 boards, mine and my friends. Mine has more "pop" because I have better ollies on it, also i get higher. With his board my ollies suck ass end of story with that. And concave isn't a gimmick because you can be comfertable with a certain concave and then you ride a walmart and it just doesn't feel right at all. And my black label broke like 3 months ago(just stating a fact).
