Uhh... It's a good idea if you know what you're doing. You need people to buy your stuff so you basically need to do designs they think "look" cool and all that crap. If you can't come up with original t-shirt designs it'll be hard for you. You are pretty damn lucky if you're getting money to help start it. I plan on doing this some time in the future. Well, good luck.

Have fun. Don't make your pants cost like 60 bucks or anything like that.

If you are gonna sell jeans, and you want to make money, sell tight ones. When people want loose ones they just go buy levis or something. People buy tighter pants because big stores don't sell them. If you make them like $30 you will make an assload of money.

If you start making the company post the website I might buy some crap.

I buy a lot of shirts from small companies and teams. There was some poster on another message board that put a link up and I bought two shirts and a pair of pants. And I still wear them.

If you actually do it, you could sell a lot of stuff if you post it on eBay. Give everyone your ebay account name and I might buy some junk.

well you could go with both, tight and on the looser side, and maybe somebody will pick up a tight pair and like it, then people might start catching on...people do change styles. and think of a name thats easy for people to remember, like volcom doesnt sound like anything else, but dont name it "fucking awesome clothing" like jason dill, the youngens parents may not approve.
