I need to get a new deck because i snapped my zero, and im looking for something a little different. I only street skate and i want something with tons of pop. I have skated a 7.5 zero a 8.0 habitat, and i have skated my friends toy machine, and another friends darkstar. I have been looking into the newer boards and i saw the darkstar armor-light. I thougth it was cool since it had carbon fiber and the resin in it. Is this board any good? What do you recomend? (i want 7.5 or 7.625)

btw, im probably getting it from a skateshop or actionvillage.com. And i have no problem supporting a company thats not too popular

If you are going to buy a board, I'd suggest that you go to your skateshop and stand on the deck just to get a feel of how it is on your feet. You probably want to get a deck that you can do really good on, not just having it only strong. That happened to me once with a zero, I heard they were strong, but I couldnt skate very good on it.

yo get a baker cuz thats what i skate right now. its a very awesome board with no downsides to it. breaks like an avrage board, pops like an avrage board, and is pretty lite. I also skate only street and i found this dect to be very trusty. even though they chip easier than some they dont break that easily. they keep their pop for the most part. i currently have the baker logo deck (red/white or whateva) and its awesome. also the next board im considering is a popwar cuz i heard they are awesome because of their pop and heard there are an amazing board. thats my 2 ccents from experience.

i had a 7.63 habitat, and it had the best pop i have gotten from a board. the wood seemed really good too, it slid on rails perfectly, tail didnt wear down much at all. but the one i got mustve been a crappy mold, cuz it had barely any concave/ i didnt look at it really good when i bought it :( but that is the best board i have ridden, baker comes in second-ish.

Try one of those Fu Boards and tell us how they are. Or try a Foundation Fiberlam deck.
