TRICK: nollie front shuvs

STANCE: basically your going to wanna set your feet up like a nollie heelflip. some of you might not know what that is; so ill explain.

regulars= left foot is on the nose at a 45 degree angle with your heel pointing towars the rest of the board. right foot is placed right before the back bolts, with a little toe hanging off.

goofy= right foot is on the nose at a 45 degree andle with your heel pointing towards the rest of the board. left foot is placed right before the back bolts, with some toe hanging off

EXECUTION: get rolling at a comfortable pace. maybe a push or two; somewhere you usually nollie at. with your feet placed in the stance above= you can do two of the following.

EASY= pop the nose just enough to get the rear trucks in the air, exactly after shuv your back foot behind you. becuase this is the easy way. the board never leaves the ground but actually pivits underneath you. so just hover above it. and lamd

HARDER= pop the nose hard, and i mean hard. hard like you nollie at. when the board is at its peak, slide your back foot up and behind you. this is harder becuase instead of piviting, the board is airborn. when you slide your back foot. Jump as high as you can, becuase theres a big chance the board will hit ur front foot ankle. stomp it like a pop shuv-it and roll away.

PROBLEMS:
Q: im landing one footed
A: jump high and re-adjust your self in mid air

Q: the board does a 360 shuv and flys behind me
A: this is becuase your trying to use your front foot to assist the shuv. this is not necessary because the back does the work

Q: i dont land near the board
A: this could be 2 problems, your dipping your head, or sissor kicking the board
