STEP 1:The setup
---
I normally like to put my back foot near the tip of the tail. My front foot stays directly horizontal behind the front bolts. If you like to kick the board hard, the put your back foot more in towards the middle, and your front foot forward a little more.
---
STEP 2:The motion
---
Bend your knees and get comfortable. Pop down directly with the tail. Now heres the thing: when you pop down, almost at the same moment, swing your foot back. In rapid succession, take your front foot and kick it up towards the top of the board, almost as if your trying to kick your foot off the tip of the board. When you feel the board starting to spin the shove part, lift your back leg to give it room and watch it spin. Slam your feet down and roll away.
---
STEP 3:Troubleshooting
---
Scenario 1: The board goes in front of me.
SOLUTION: Your not popping hard enough or raising you front foot like you should. Readjust your stance and try again.

Scenario 2: I can't get the full 180
SOLUTION: Pop down HARD and swing your back foot more.

Scenario 3: When I land I can only get one foot on
SOLUTION: Your actually kicking too hard this time. Try to focus on spinning the board with the aim of getting just the 180, and don't try to kill it. That or your not spinning the front foot, or lifting towards the top of the board enough.

And that's it. Please comment because this is my first guide.

Pretty cool, Has info, troubleshooting and all that. It could be a bit longer, a bit more explaination. Otherwise all and all pretty good. Good grammer, was really easy to read.
