How to flick...

Okay, when i try kickflips i can ollie and flick at sometimes, but i never flick hard enough for it to spin even halfway... so, are there any tips for flicking or how to flick?

I'm just learning to kickflip, but what got me from not even flicking the board at all to flipping it all the way around was foot angle. Instead of having your foot perpendicular to the board, have your front foot pointing a little towards the nose. What also helped a lot was to jump up, spring up with your legs while doing the flicking/popping, IE jump with your body mostly, not with your board (if you understand that). This also helps for half cabs, which I learned in two days because I started jumping up. :)

yea i am trying to learn switch flip, and my problem is usaullyi can't get full flip

whenever i try i either step back and put my front foot on the ground and the board spins a lot or i stay right over top of it and it spins lss than half way

Hey, i read some of your tips, thanks! when i tried it today i could actually get the board to spin, but now i have another problem:

when i spin it, it also moves forward, should i be jumping forward with it like an ollie or am i flicking it wrong?
