frame grabs

every time i take frame grabs with adobe preimere. (by exporting the frame) they always come out a bit blurry. i dont think its my camera thats doing this, anyone know how to get it none blurred?

No, that would be called interlacing, see if premiere has an exporting option of frames to de-interlace, otherwise you'll have to find a program to do it.

Usually, you can make the video a tad bit smaller in a video editing program, then take a screenshot, and it wont come out as blurry as it would have if it wasn't smaller, like this:
