Whats your favorite guitar solo? it doesn't have to be the best, hence there will be no arguments over it, but still, what's your favorite.

My personal favorite, and many Strokes fan know how calssic it is, is the solo from Whatever Happened?

Carl Barat's solos in songs like "Time for Heroes" and "Death on the Stairs." They aren't very complicated at all, but it's still brilliant. And I love the screeching of his Melody Maker when he does bends into unison.

Oh, and this Prince solo at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tribute to George Harrison.

The fisrt and second solo in December Flower by In Flames. Normally a guitar solo amps you up, but this one really calms you down because its musically ... beautiful. ***** I never thought I'd use that work to describe a song, but yeah I've yet to hear a band that can fuse together guitar harmonies as well as they used to.
