Something I messed with in paintshop [Archive]

I edited this photograph in a program called "paintshop pro photo album" It is an earlier photograph of me and I like the way it turned out. I edited it by changing the lighting and inverting it using the features in the program. I have been doing this kind of stuff off and on for about 6 months. What do you think?

Again, this section is for HELP. But to stay on topic I don't like the photo because that is a really retarded effect, no offense. You should get Illustrator and and produce some vector art.
