Saskatoon Police Service has a reputation for driving Natives outside the city and letting them freeze to death in the snow. Nobody really gave a fuck for the first 25 years, cause they were Natives. The practice was known as a "Starlight Tour". It was intended to force the natives to walk back, but when they died the police didn't care, and covered it up. At least three people died from this; Neil Stonechild, Lawrence Wegner, and Rodney Naistus.
