do decks tend to last longer on a set of soft trucks because im thinking of getting a blind to put on a set of soft trucks

yeah... well i guess it all depends on how you treat it, but in general id say yes...

when your skating a deck on real trucks, your skating over rough surfaces at high speeds, falling from higher drops, slamming harder..etc your board gets quite a beating

on softrucks your generally inside on a rainy day in your garage or something, and since most peoples garages are very smoth (and hopefully clean, not wet) then your deck should last for aaaaages!

Like Tom-E said, at high speeds the tail scrapes against the ground and wears down faster. On softrucks, it's just slamming the tail. I'd get a Mini-Logo instead of that Blind myself though, I've had both and I like my Mini-Logo more, not to mention the price difference.

Yeah, your deck won't be getting the abuse like if you were skating it normally. Stuff like stairs, drops, and rails won't be an issue so it'll last longer. Plus you're not moving so you can probably land over the bolts.
