hey ok I learned my kickflip a while ago so I think I can help. To get your kickflips higher try jumping higher and keeping the board ner your feet while you kick the board. I think u r kicking too late so try kicking earlier. And for the problem of where your foot goes well you put your foot like and ollie and let your heels fall off the side and hang there, than ollie and kick foward. One more thing, keep your shoulders parrallell to your deck

If they're really low, you might be kicking your foot down too much. You want to flick up and to the side.

it really helps to just pop down alot harder and faster. the harder and and faster you pop down the higher it will go. and make sure ur not kicking straight down.

i agree with sk8erdude.. you need to flick firectly off the corner of the board - it makes it easier to catch and gets it higher cuz if you flick it down to much, youll still have the height, but u prolly wood of done a double flip and thats not what u want. I can do double flips now and im really working on getting my regular 1s higher. My advice is flick directly off the edge, pop fast and hard, and jump as high as you can while flick it.

well it takes a while. as you practice your feet will get used to it so just practice like 1 hour a day and youll get better and better and eventually u will get it.

some people say like a deck high but as long as u pop down right and flick out right it dosent really matter.
