i noticed under my name it says respected member and i noticed people who have more posts than me who dont and with less than me that do. whats it mean and how is it determined?

i dont like the title, "respected member". it gives all the annoying ass people who have been here a while (cough cough, shampoo) the title of "respected". not even i deserve the title of respected member.
