wheels in freezer?

theres a rumor around school that says if u put your wheels in the freezer they last longer? Anyone know if this is true?

yeah i tried it does work really they also seem to be a little harder soo they last longer and if you have crappy ones pop em in the freezer and they are 10 times better

There's been a million threads on this and it's usually said that putting wheels in the freezer doesn't do anything.

well some ones hubba wheels broke and split apart after they rode them i dont now how long they were in there though

I havent tried that, but i have heard it before and i think that it might just make them more brittle and easier to wear out, and more slippery
