does speed cream help? if so how do i apply it?

yea it helps your bearings last longer
just open the back of the bearing put it in vegatable oil and clean it with a toothbrush then get all the stuff out of it and put some speed cream on the little metal balls in the bearing(2 drops each bearing) and thats it

Any bearing lube you buy from a skateshop will help. It's been designed for skateboard bearings. Just clean your bearings and put a few drops in, then spin them in your finger to spread it out.

your bearings will last more than normal

they will go slower at first though from my experiance, u havta kinda rebreak them in if u clean them really good

take out the sheild and clean the bearing very well and drry it. then put one drop of speed cream in the bearing while spinning it on the axle. put the sheild and its good to go
