Zero-Pros: Strong, good pop, nice shape and concave
Cons: They're not the lightest boards in the world...

Almost-Pros: Light, good pop, great concave, great shape
Cons: Once they get water on them, they're waterlogged for good, not that strong, resin fucks up and the board falls apart

Hope that helped

Almost are tough, most are 8 ply.
Zero will definately wear down faster and I mean waaaaaaaaaay faster,
My Zero was on the 6th ply of nose and tail and could barely make out the graphic in one weekend, but then again I skateboard 24/7.
