slow bearings?

i have a problem, see i need new bearings but i dont want fast bearings i want slow bearings it helps me feel like i have more control any suggestions on what i should get

ABEC means absolutely nothing for skateboarding.

The bearings that do go by ABEC are very cheap quality, and go slower, aren't as smooth, and won't last very long. Try getting good quality like Bones Swiss or Rockets, (www.californiabearing.com/skate.htm) and clean and relube them with grease. Grease will slow them down.
