How the fuck did LFF even get a mod position? He makes shitty threads, deletes good threads, and so far has been a dumbass by changing reputation on people that had more than him, and changing the reputation status'.

He's one of the worst, but some mods warn me, and when I ask them what rules I broke, they just tell me that they don't like me. There are only a handful of good mods/admins like Rocks, Ryce, Thefletch, and some others. But mods like Dcskater, suicidemachinesrock, and Let fire fall abuse their powers, and/or, don't even do much. This is complete bull***** and I move that all shitty mods be removed.

I changed your rep because you are constantly asking for rep. The rep sysem is made so people will rep you for good things. I can check rep comments, and you and daltonmc (among some others) are constantly asking peopel for rep back. That's not how the system should work, and you were punished for it. I don't really care about my rep. If I wanted to be the highest, I would have just bumped mine up a bunch. And, what's wrong with changing the rep statuses? They were boring before and some of them had been changed by Rocks anyway. I mean, I can put them back to the boring old "This member has much to be proud of" if people don't like them or are offended, I just thought it would give new light to the system.

Also, if I were not mod material, I would not be an Admin. I was picked by the best members of these boards, and Tom-E himself. I don't delete good threads, and how would you know anyway? You can;t even see the threads I delete. You may think my threads aren't good, but that is your own opinion. I rarely even make threads anymore. You don't see all the nehind the scenes most mods do. Also, dcskater is going to be removed to Retired Staff once the newest comp is over with (I think). So, don't bitch about him. Thefletch has only been a mod for a couple weeks, you can't say if he's a good mod or not. SMR doesn't abuse his powers, he's afraid to delete stuff haha.

Oh, and I'm not going to warn or ban you, that would be ridiculous. You didn't break any rules, you simply stated an opinion. No harm done there, I'm not gonna lash out on you because you spoke out against me dude.

As for your other stuff, you're basically saying that the other people picked you for the job, which would be the people that I am pissed at. SMR is just bad at modding. And I think thefletch is good now, I don't care about later, I'm talking about now.

I think we should hve an annual rep halving day, where everybodies rep just halves itself and prevents people from getting too reputable, but also keeps their overall status. People give out posireps way more often than negga reps and they just keep building...
