What was yours? Mine was Smash Mouth's Astro Lounge. They were my favorite band for a couple years.

The first one I personally bought was either Rush of Blood to the Head by Coldplay, Start Something by Lostprophets, or Young and Hopeless by Good Charlotte (yeah, I had my phase with them when I was younger)

Don't feel bad man I listened to Seal, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Alantse Morraset (fuck it), and Jewel when I was younger...I still listen to Seal and Korn now (like right now Ya'll Want A Single is playing) but Id have to kick my own ass for the last 3 if I still listened to them today

Do you mean Allanis Morriset? There's nothing wrong with Jagged Little Pill, but that's only because she wrote that album while she was drunk. I don't like any of her other music. But Jagged Little Pill rocks.

The first CD I owned is System of a Down's Mezmerize.

hey I don't listen to her enought to commit the right way of spelling her name, Im american we're too damn lazy too...

And besides it took me a week to spell Paul Mazurkiewicz's name and on top of that all the other people in bands I like from Sweden, Norway, Russia...everytime I learn something new it pushes something old out of my brain

I think the first album I downloaded was Slipknot - Iowa. I haven't ever legally bought a CD in my life, and to this day I have no physical cds of music, so I'm working from an album basis here.

Wait, we're talking about CDs in general, right? I bought Oregon Trail somewhere around '98.
