Im going to start saving for a decent board soon as my current one is crap. Any suggestions on what to get? I prefer skating vert but do skate street as well. I was thinkin zero or maybe clown just on looks.

nothin could be worse than the board I got now though. Today i snapped the nose when i was practicing ollies. Its like the worst board ever seriously. Ill have to buy another cheap one quick tomorrow so i can skate again asap

I doubt you have the worst board...did it chip on an easy trick? Did the nose and tail snap off on a pop shove it? Is it warped? Cracked? If no, then you do not have the worst board.
I am currently riding a board with no nose, no tail, and is 8 inches (if only my penis was that big tee hee) I drilled new holes so now I have a 3 inch tail.

I have just decided to be dedicated with skating. I used to skate a little so i found my old board and it was chipped and everything. The nose was already chipped badly and then i snapped off most of the nose last night. Doesn't have much of a tail either but i'll get a cheap new one today.

what kind of deck do u have? my zero does good on mini ramps and bowls
also nice at flatland.but if money is short u cant go wrong with a blank(look for an 8 in wide for vert)

I Disagree, my birdhouse was not horrible for street it was ok.
So i'd say it was a safe choice to get it if you are more into vert.

There's not really such thing as a "vert deck" per-say...just generally bigger decks are better for vert (like 8" +)
Any deck you like will suffice.

i think birdhouse makes street decks to they have some street skaters on their team like brain sumner. do u skate actual vert (striaght up) ramps and get air? cause if your talking about mini ramps u dont need a vert deck.

My friends Birdhouse has no pop or concave at all, it feels like a Walmart board almost, and I can barely ollie on the thing. Just get any deck that feels comfortable, I'm like you, I like vert better, but I still do some street skating..My AWS is ok for both.

birdhouse has got to be decent for both becuz you got hawk and shawn white on vert then you got sumner on street so they must be ok
