my local skateshop made a contest and i won a revolution deck..
it has a very nice pop and it would have broke 3-4 times by now if it was made by wood.. im trying to say that is very durable..
the bad thing is that after 5 or 6 months, the edges (tail and nose) start to.. em.. i dont know how to explain this.. crisp? small parts fall of nut still its better than wood. you just need to get used to it.
should you get one if you can afford it.. its pretty expensive though..
im not trying to advertise or anything.
dont judge it until you try it.

The darkstar deck only has one layer of carbon fiber I can only imagine how strong a deck made almost entirley out of it would be

I meant in the options you have posted, not all the decks I have skated, just the ones you named.
Sorry, didn't mean to confuse you...
Also, if you were referring to the Darkstar Epoxy deck, the one in this post isn't it (the darkstar)
it looks like a revdeck without the stickers www.revdeck.com
Sorry again

Is it too fast? Like do you get used to it, or when you boardslide do you slip out?

you just have to get used to it..
maybe its ugly.. so what?
do you care about how your deck looks or how good and durable is?

Oooh, yesss, because it doesn't look like a normal deck it is queer. It is odd how quickly you point that out, and oooh, it looks like a Wal-MArt deck. Well guess what, it is one of best decks to get. So, before posting your opinion on it, try it out first!
Oh, and to the other question, no, I didn't mean it was too slick, it was just a smooth slide.

If anoyone else has actually actually used one of those, I'd like to know what you thought. It'd be cool to get a review on SB-C deck reviews page.
