im thinking of getting a new deck, but I've still got two decks. One is totally ready to fall apart, but the other is still in real good condition, besides some HUGE pressure cracks under the trucks(and I hate it). I was thinkin of selling that one, for maybe fifteen bucks to one of my friends or something. Is this a good or bad idea?(are the pressure cracks normal, and does it mean that decks about to break?)

i have never given or sold a board, i skate them until they snap, but pressure cracks dont mean it is about to break, just look at how many layers you have left in the middle and stuff. that is if you slide alot

your friend might think your are a twat. As in you selling him used stuff with cracks in. Unless he really needs it and wants it

If your friend is willing to buy it for fifteen bucks then yeah that's a good idea.

I'd just give the deck to my friend if I were about to get a new one and he really needed one.

If he really wants it, I don't see why not.

But if I were him, I'd buy a new, pressure crack-less blank.

Put stress pads on it and the cracks won't be as bad...

I`d keep the pressure cracked one. I have an Element board but I bought a new one because almost half the tail is broken off.

theres cracks everywhere, on the nose and tail, and mostly under the trucks. and most of em are about 4 inches long or more
