Does your deck wobble?

My blank deck doesn't wobble. I mean as in if you just beside your deck and snapp the tail down and hold, it sort of wobble for a bit. its like if you have a plastic ruler on the edge of a table and you flick it it wobbles but obviously not that much. Just wondering.

If it wobbles,
It is possible someone messed up when making your board,
and accidently added rubber to it.

Happened with my Zoo York.
Zoo York's are still good, nonetheless.
