ive heard some people bring a lighter or matches with there wax.
does this help and how do you put on the wax with a lighter?

Don't worry about it. I've just waxed curbs and ledges and it worked fine.

apply the wax then melt it and skate it

ya just use a candle and kinda melt the wax into the object of choice, its for long-term commitment

it depends if you melt the skate wax aswell then its the same.

just buy a candle, its cheaper and works fine
