I usually just skate it till it cant be skated. Your actually preety lucky, new deck 1-2 months.

my deck is currently almost 2 months old. still good. think it'll last another 2. my last deck lasted almost half a year.

Mine is 3 months old right now. The one that lasted the longest was my Speed Demon, because it HAD to. It had a crazk right down the middle for half of it's life. I had it for about 5 months. I've replaced my griptape about 6 times though. I've had 3 decks

i got my first deck in july, skated that till i got my next in december, skated that one till recently, then i changed back to my first deck cuz i didnt like the new one as much. I think i wanna buy a blank cuz both my decks are pretty beat and blanks are only like 20 bucks

Even people saying that they get another deck every four months sounds extreme to me. My Popwar had no tail, I skated the nose for another half a year. Flip had razor tail, I kept on skating it. I will not get a new board unless I seriously need a new one. And no, I'm not just doing ollies, as I'm sure would be the popular comment to follow up my post.

I've had an enjoi-deck for half a year, and it has one little scratch on the nose...it has pop as hell, and is much lighter since it's been worn down, so I skate better with it now than when it was new...stay with your boards, man.
