Is ther a way to make a song shorter then it is? Like editing parts out.

Thers a song called Autumn Effect by 10 Years that has a 4 min song then 5 mins is an instrument solo

yeah, real easy, just edit out the part in windows movie maker, thats the easest way i can think of, theres probably easyer out there tho

I used this thing called mp3 studio for macs... it worked well for backmasking, scaling, cutting, whatever

Hopefully you have Winamp, but if you don't... it's free (http://www.winamp.com/) so go download it. But once you get it up and running, open Preferences, go to Output Plugins and choose Nullsoft Disk Writer, play the song and it will record a wav to your hard drive and then you can go through with Sound Recorder and edit out what you don't want.
