griptape or not??

i tried kickflips on my board(with griptape) then tried it on a board without griptape .... the without griptape one was way easier to flip right and catch and stuff... discuss

If you ask me, obv grip tape is better..

Think of it this way ...

Would you rather have a board with grip-tape and not be able to do technical tricks that require it, or would you rather have a board without grip-tape that you can only kickflip? ... again, answered your own question
