How do I know which wheels are wider?

Maybe you guys could recommend something...

I want a wider wheel, and kind of soft. Noone shows a front view of their wheel, only the side view, so I can't tell if they are wide or not.

go to a skate shop and ask if you can look at their wheels

yup normally bigger wheels are wider
