i cant decide which deck

should i get a zoo york or a girl or a santa cruz

get a girl for sure but get light parts because they tend to be on the heavier side of decks.

Decks are all about preference and some people get a defective model so they assume all of that company's decks are crap.


zoo york Very nice pop, nice concave, really durable, EXCELLENT shape- possibly my favorite deck, it is a good all around deck, it has good pop , strength, and is not heavy- I really recommend this deck...... 9.9/10

mystery Very good pop, very good concave, really light, not so strong- this is a deck for you if you skate street and are into flip tricks and such.... 8/10

habitat pretty much exactly the same as mystery.... 8/10

element VERY good pop, very good concave, really light, odd shape, chipped to hell- this is also a good deck for flip tricks and such but it wasn’t as good as mystery or habitat, it was slightly weaker and I didnt like the shape.... 7/10

dgk not really a well know company, medium pop, medium strength, medium concave, medium weight-nothing really special about this board... 7/10


and then there are blanks but all blanks vary depending on where you get it. I was really happy with my local shop blank but it would be different then your shop blank or the blank on ebay
