ok, you need what ever bushings you get, new, a tin can, some gumout (carbarator cleaner) and some glisinol (can be found at hardware stores). buy the glisinol in a spay can, not a bottle. put the new bushings in the can, and spray them lightly with the gumout to clean them. let em dry for an hour. them spray them lightly with the glisinol, and wait a day. the glisinol should form a hard outer layer on the bushing, and should be even. repeat if nessesarry.

What does it do? Make them harder? Just buy harder bushings.

^exactly. they won't chip, and if you like soft bushings, theyy stay soft but stay their shape. and if you like tight trucks, the bushings won't stick or anything.

You can save the hassle just by buying Bones hardcore bushings.

Bones makes superior bushings.

Or just buy new bushings every few monthes. You're tap-dancing down jackass lane with this one. Bushings are not expensive so it makes no sense to skate the same ones for 7.5 monthes.
