I agree with popwar pill, I think that a certain type of music represents that skater as a individual.

I agree that people mostly use hiphop, some rock n roll shit or some metal. In my country many people think its funny to put old danish songs from the 60's and 70's into there video :)

LOL, there are several disciplines of "skating" and different genres of music fit certain ones better than others. The dogtown era of street and early vert went from rock to punk. Mainstream vert went from punk to metal and back to punk. But, hill bombing, cruising, street flipping, and vert are all different attitudes. Probably metal for downhill, hip hop for street, rock or jazz for cruising, and punk still for vert are what seems to fit in my mind..

fast aggressive skating, punk rock. for smooth skating with really nice style, hip hop/rap. indie rock if its like a combination of both
