Don't get Popwar!!! Get Flip, Enjoi, or Girl. Krux, Tensor, or Thunder trucks. You really don't need special bushings. Ricta is good.

i wouldnt reccomend slick drops, thier good, but thier not as good as the normal popwas when it comes to peformance, normal popwars are freakin godly though, krux downlows or grindkings are the shit

Reds are better for the money that Black Panthers. Here's from MY expierience, MY favorite stuff.
Zero Deck
Krux Downlows w/ Red Doh-Dohs
Spitfire wheels
Bones Reds bearings
Shorty's hardware
Jessup griptape
Those are the brands I prefer. Out of two Zeros, two Flips, a Baker and a shop board, I liked the American Zero 7.75" the most. Otherwise just get a blank or two. You CAN'T take my word on decks, you NEED to look at them at your shop since it's going to be your deck. Krux or Independent are my favorites. You can get socket or allen in Krux and Independents are strong and socket kingpin. Spitfire are the only wheels I've had so I can't comment there. Reds are really nice for the money. So far better than all my others even my Bones Swiss although they need to be broken in. Shorty's for hardware, well, just my brand preference. Jessup is my all-time favorite grip. Mob is shit, there are little holes and they collect dirt.

i think you should buy some random cheap trucks (hell, i have some cheap ass ones now and they skate smooth as butter.), blank wheels, red bones, jessup grip, some hardware and 5 blank decks.
you have a good setup and you can skate way longer with this then with 1 deck setup.

if money matters
habitat deck
shortys hardware
tensor mids or lows
red bones bearings
spitfire wheels
black magic tape
if money didn't matter just make the red bones ceramics.
that my opinion tho

Popwars are sweet. The only thing I see wrong with what you're getting are Rictas. ALL of them just flatspot far too easily.
