This is a B/S Pop-Shove-It and F/S 360 body Varial at the same time. It is a good idea to learn how to do a F/S 360 Body Varial before you try this trick. Go at a pretty fast speed then pop down like a pop-shove. At the same time when your popping jump to where the board normally lands and while your jumping their do a F/S 360 Body Varial. This is a pretty hard trick. It is hard to catch the board at first but later you get used to the speed of this trick. After you can pretty much catch the board then try it at faster speeds. One tip is that when your jumping go with the board a lot of people don't jump with the board and end up landing a foot away and looking like posers. So remember the tip.

I think it'd be better if any trick tips posted were in video form, so that it can show how different people do the trick, troubleshooting, footplacement, jumping direction, everything like that. It's useless otherwise, everyone knows this, if they know what the trick consists of, then they could of written this tip themselves without even being able to do it. So many trick tips on this site need updating.
