Yeah, the description you have there isnt really a description. Is this one helpful?

Setup for a shovit. Spin it, perhaps with a bit less pop than normal, the key is to do it quite fast. Shift your bodyweight forward in the air. When you land, you must keep your back leg quite rigid but keep your weight centred over the front bolts. Your front foot should land on the nose a fraction of a second before your back foot lands on the board. This means that your front foot will swing the board up to meet you back foot. It sort of helps to try and land with your feet already in the nosemanual position. Try this one slowly at first.

You have to figure the balance out yourself

I assume you would attempt this trick once you are:
Good at pop shove its
Good at nose manuals

You can figure it out on your own
no need to go lurk the internet for 1 hour searching up trick tips before you go and do it
