sorenson squeeze settings

I finally got around to getting this... I experimented some with it, and here's what I came up with.

wmv (http://www.sasfilms.com/video/10568-7-8-05_mike_trick.wmv)

mov (http://www.sasfilms.com/video/10567-7-8-05_mike_trickcustom_copy005.mov)

is that decent?

here are some of the settings I used:

audio:
data rate - 160
sample size - 16
sample rate - 48000

video:
codec - sorenson video 3 pro
method - 1-pass CBR (what does this mean?)
data rate - 1600

set it to 2 pass vbr. make the quality better and it justn takes longer to squeeze


the besst one i use is med prog setting. its decent
