does anyone know how to change bearings.....i just got some new hkd abec 7s......but i don't know how to take my old ones off and put my new ones on...what a dumbass......

take a rod of some sort and pop them out

You have to slam the side of the wheel on something hard, until the bearing pops out. Or you can use a rod, like he said. But their might be a chance you might damage the bearings if you use a rod.
