if you want a challenge learn some iron maiden stuff like hallowed be thy name. that has some sick bass fills.

Bass doesn't really play an important part in Hallowed Be Thy Name. It's way too centerned on the vocals and lead guitar.

If you want to learn some Iron Maiden songs, go with Transylvania. That instrumental is just freaking insane!!! Lot's of good basslines in that song, plus you can actually hear it and it's very catchy. If you learn that song you'll make me proud. That's on their first album by the way.
