Out of those, probably Ninja because they aren't .12 cent China bearings. They also don't lie about the ABEC, even though it still doesn't matter for skateboarding. THey seem to just use ABEC as different types of bearings. Like ABEC 3 is a basic bearing with metal sheilds, and lubed with oil. Going up the ABEC it has this special grease, and rubber seals.

The best though is Rons Rockets. (www.californiabearing.com/skate.htm)
