Would you rather be safe, healthy and unfree or Free, in danger and sick?

Personally I'd rather be free, in danger and sick. I'd rather live my life in freedom and die sooner rather than to be unhappy for a longer amount of time. One may argue that if you're in danger, technically you're unfree to a certain extent, thus making you stupid for choosing freedom over health and safety.
Thoughts?

unfree and healthy cause then you'll live longer and may become free later on in life.
Cuba is doing fine and they're unfree.

Idk, i guess i'd rather be healthy and safe, just because that seems to be the most important. That way i could at least fight for my freedom, and maybe die knowing that i earned it.

if you're fighting for anything worth a shit (and freedom is worth a shit) there's no way you're gonna be safe. so if you choose to be safe healthy and unfree and say you're gonna fight for freedom it just seems like you're being politically correct (and lying).

free in danger and sick. there's nothing like adventure to make your life worthwhile.

to me it sounds like what caged animals go through. in the wild they will be sick unhealthy, but they will be free, but while animals in the zoo are not free and healthy.

it basically comes down to, would you rather work hard and do whatever you want, or have everything handed to you just so that you can be unendingly displayed for other peoples pleasure.

Unfree. Really.. What is freedom worth if you're not going to be able to enjoy it?

And really, freedom might not always be so good. Sure, you're free to do this and that. But the guy next to you is also free to do this and that, and their "this and that" might be to fuck you up, or something.

I mean.. America today.. Isn't a "free nation" like some say, I don't think. But it's a mix, you know? We get some freedoms, while we lack others for our own protection and the protection of those around us. Sounds good enough to me.

I guess it all depends on your definition of "doing fine". I would hardly say Cubans are doing fine.

I dont think thats the idea of freedom. That sounds more like anarchy to me. Free societies have laws too you know. Its just when the laws get so odious that society become's "unfree".

I'm just thinking of it as nature has it.. Like.. I mean, look at some animals in the woods. They're free, right? And I mean, they constantly have to be on the tip of their toes, in a way.. Because another animal might want to kill them for whatever reason.

Humans behave a bit different. We probably wouldn't just kill eachother for the sake of food.. And we'd not just limit ourselves to taking life, either, if you know what I mean. I guess you could call it anarchy in ways, but I think that is taking the topic out of context.
