Keyframing

after watching sktbrd's venture into keyframing i've decided i want to learn also. im using adobe premiere 6.5. i want to learn how to get the text along with the beat and such. can anyone help?

ahahah that was fucking funny. im going to watch it again and try to figue it out. thanks though

ok you see how he clicks "create keyframe" and then that little diamond shaped figure comes up, well adjust those to the beat.

damn this is so much different. i don't have the text box at the bottom. the only way i know how to create text is to make a title. when i do make a title i dont know what effect to use or anything.
