idk haha thats gonna take a little while getting used to. But sooner or later you'll find out 8's are the best deck size.

I went from 7.5 to an 8, took about a day to get used to it.
And yesterday I tried riding my friend 7.5, and though, why would anyone WANT to ride this?
And the getting used to it wasn't bad, my tricks were cleaner, I just noticed how much bigger the board was, now I don't ever notice it.

I went from a 8 to an 8.4 an adjusted in about a day (hardflips, tre flips, fs flips, etc) . Just go for an 8, trust me you won't regret it.

.... to get new sized trucks. If you already have 7.75 axle trucks, then you should still be ok.
