hv30 first time filiming

well this is the first thing ive uploaded, and for some reason it seems kind of blury and it doesnt have the HD option on youtube only the HQ, so can someone help me with that right now its on HDV mode should i change it to HDV 30? or HDV 24?

looks nice. and you have to render/compress it in HD

hdv mode is 60i, thats what you really should film skating in. if you film it in 24p or 30p it can look a little choppy. i use 24p for artsy type shots. if i had 30p i would use it for some skating shots, mostly tripod shots where i dont move the camera.
to get the HD option on youtube the size has to be at least 1280x720. its hard to get good compression but just work at it.
