Poplites and Their Griptape

Hey, I was wondering if anyone had pop lites before. They come with Randel Grip Tape, and am not sure if it's good or not. I'm just wondering how long a pop lite would last, because I'm thinking of buying a 5 pack of them off ebay. And I'm just wondering how the Randel Grip is that comes with it. Thanks....

yea grip is only 5 bucks extra for all the decks together. thats not bad at all and i dont think they grip them, so you can do it yourself. and good point to get grip on ebay separate. but; they say they send you whatever grip they have which is fine, but it could be MOB and i hate mob.

The poplites I had were actually pretty good decks, a much better bargain than spending the same amount of money for a "name brand". The grip that comes with them is okay at first but then wears down a lot after 2 weeks or so.

pop lites suck but i still buy them. the grip is like bottom of the barrel sometimes it doesn't stick down good enough. it may rip in if your cutting it. I mean if you're a cheap bastard like me go ahead and buy them but if you can afford other decks id say go for mini logos and shit or shop decks which are cheaper. Pop lites aren't strong either i wouldn't recommend stairs. and sometimes you might get a bad batch. I broke a deck landing a switch heel on flat that was not bolts.

The grip sucks ass, the grit falls off and just is overall shitty quality.
Oh sometimes the tape even peels off.

they last a week, and you can find them with jessup usually.

it doesnt specify jessup though. they just say they give the grip they have in stock so im not sure.

the grip tape sucks. ive bought 25 pop lites off ebay over the past 2 years or so. there a great deal, but i remember they used to have a "pro grip" package and that was way worth the extra $5 or so.

yeah I bought ten pop lites and after like the 3rd one I realized I had to get black magic or mob or something cause the stuff that comes with it sucks
