I'm trying to humor you here, but other than the first clip being a tad bit hot, everything else was about right. The foreground at the picnic table spot was really bright, but the skaters weren't.
Exposing a skater's face is the key to exposing the scene properly, not making sure you have blue skies or light shadows or anything like that.

thats when polarizers come into play
you can expose different areas of the scene so that you subject isnt blown out nor the background objects

polarizers only work on glare or skies, none of the shots featured either of those.
also, who the fuck uses polarizers anyway? shits beat.

have you ever tried using a polarizer?
its probably the most important filter for any filmer
