Major problem

i just got this new zero board for christmas and every time sombody steps on the board the board flexes and makes cracking noises has anybody else had this problem and what did you do about it

the cracking sounds are probaly your trucks and all boards flex when you stand in the middle

no its not that because when you flip it over and push down on it you can see its the board making the cracking sound but i ordered the board from ccs and i contaceted them about but i dont no if they will write back

are the ppl that get on it fat bc that might be the problem
